I bought the enclosure from you 4 months ago. Starting ok, just start from last month october, the problem came but still able to detect the drive. Main issue is it keep lossen when I touch it even a bit. Then the USB sounds come out. Then it re-detect. I thought it's normal and I use it until yesterday when I want to plug it into another PC and it's unable to detect, I plug back previous PC also same. Then I take it out to test directly without enclosure and the hdd is still working. Can I Have a warranty for this?
