u know wat.. i took delivery of persona last december & after 8 months usage wif barely 6k of mileage, my rear left power window is FAULTY 

to make matter worst, there is no spare part at the service centre when i went there last Sat... i've been told to wait for their call once the part arrives.. even that they couldn't even give me a forecast.. simply said "saya tak boleh janji encik, bila sampai kami call" 

come on proton.. in my work i deal a lot with maintenance of machines... if i've no spares for my machine today, i just pick up the phone, call the supplier and tomorrow surely it'll arrive.

i got the same sound... i've to use my hands to manually slide the window up and then use paper and slide it between the window and the small pillar of third quarter window to prevent the window from moving down..
