✪ Description of services
There are 2 distinctive option to choose for our US address services. We have Regular or Premium address services. For Regular, you only pay for shipping charge based on Ship Rate Table. While Premium package is more suited for those truly passionate shoppers that buy quite a lot. Since Premium package is subscription based, you get cheaper Ship Rate.

* Premium US Address Services subscribers are only limited to 50. I'm putting a limit on this so that I can provide a better service for them.
** Please note that the quoted ship rate are for purchases collection at our Agent's center. Local Malaysia courier could be arranged too using POSLAJU or Parcel POS at their prevailing rates. If you required express shipping, I can use USPS or FEDEX.
*** For parcels which is at least 30 LBS, we will ship directly to you.
✪ How to use this service
➊ The first thing you would need to do is to sign up HERE
➋ Then you need to choose Regular (FREE) or Premium (FEE Based) package
➌ Once you receive the US Address, you are all set to SHOP
➍ If you also require merchants gift cards or VISA debit card for shopping purposes, I can also help you get them.

✚ Our Primary currency accepted for all transaction is RM (MYR). USD is only accepted for PAYPAL payment only.
✚ Shipping payment must be received before shipment date. Fees for Premium Address Services are due every month before the 15th.
✚ We shipped on every Saturday of the month with Friday being the cutoff day.
✚ When you use our USA Street Address services, you will be charge the cost of international shipping and subscription fee (if applicable).
✚ For all transaction, we shipped using our shipping agent. And all items should be collected at our collection center in Damansara Perdana unless otherwise stated.
✚ We do offer other shipping alternative, please enquire.
✚ We will ensure that your items reach our collection center safely if you use our primary shipping method. We shall not be responsible for custom duties. We will negotiate the best rate and handle all paper works if the needs arises.
✚ We will not be responsible for any items shipped using any other methods (USPS, FEDEX, DHL, UPS). Thus it is advisable to purchase insurance. Tracking number will be provided.
✚ Please inform me in advance if you are not certain of the items for purchase so that I can ask the seller for you. Any charges incurred during any exchange or returns will be borne by you.
✚ When in doubt about legality of an item you want to purchase, just drop me an email & I will sort it out for you.
✚ Please check with the Malaysia Custom for prohibited items. In the event that the item you purchase is prohibited and returned, you will have to bear the total cost for it.
✚ This terms & conditions are subjected to adjustment when deem necessary.

✚ Q: How is the shipping cost calculated?
A: Our shipping rates are based solely on weights. We try not to charge by volumetric calculations. This way it's much cheaper for you.
✚ Q: How big of an item can I purchase?
A: We can accommodate most large or heavy items. Please ensure that the heights of the item does not exceed 40 inches. Alternatively, send us an email when in doubt.
✚ Q: What is your currency exchange rate?
A: I currently calculate based on 3.3
✚ Q: How long does it take to ship from you?
A: Upon shipping, please allow 6-8 working days for arrival.
✚ Q: Can I COD somewhere else?
A: Currently, all transaction is full payment only. You will have to settle the shipping fee before your items can be ship.
✚ Q: Can I pick up my items elsewhere?
A: Yes. We can meet up with you nearby per say Ikea or The Curves. We also have other options such as delivery (will incur extra cost). We will also ship your items directly to you if it's at least 30LBS
✚ Q: What if the item I purchase DOA?
A: We can always examine the items for you before shipping. If you do not want us to check, you will have to bear the cost of return shipping for item to be
exchange. If we checked and find that item is in working condition and it does not work when it reaches you, we will assume full responsibility to have
them exchange. Please let us know if you want us to check.
✚ Q: What if I ship in large quantity?
A: If you ship a lot, please email me to discuss further. I will try to get you better rates
✚ Q: Why is my purchases not in its original box?
A: Since we do not charge you based on volume, we have to repack and consolidate your items to save on space.
✚ Q: What if I need items to be ship express?
A: I will use USPS or FEDEX to ship for you. Please ask for a quote.
