I also being invited to choose a good unit of Type A bfore preview last year, approx RM 400 psf only but I pass the baton to my colleague who die die also wanna get it for own stay. Now, its abt RM 500+ psf.

Btw, normal units at Lvl 2-30 almost all fully booked / sold. But left 3 dropout units which I commented on the previous page.

My relative just signed the S&P n Loan Doc of the Type A last Friday. And I think currently my friend holding the last unit of Type A bcz his loan maybe got problem.

Remaining units would be approx 20+ units, these units were loan rejected for 3 times. I think the dev will not open it for now and will be increase the price.

Above excluded the few premium units with extra huge garden at Lvl 1. But left abt 10 units only.
