Dear sifus,

Lets say if loan already approve n Loan LO has been duly signed. Is it possible if i suddenly got interest on other unit and want to change unit? biggrin.gif

hi.. my loan amount only 430k++.. i am first time house buyer.. is there any special previllege by recently announced bajet recently for newbie like me? 50% less on legal fees or no? ihve been told that my legal fees is rm6.9k++ after the so callled 30% discount.. i think its too expensive.. what do u guys think?

hi.. i went for snp signing on last saturday.. however, i was informed that my document is not ready.. sad.gif
they should hve informed me earlier but instead i went there dissapointed knowing how unprofessional they were...
anyway, my cp at lvl 3 but very near to lift(in front of lift). cant complain much as my unit is at lower floor.. hehe
