Lets say if loan already approve n Loan LO has been duly signed. Is it possible if i suddenly got interest on other unit and want to change unit?

Tq! Thinking of changing to a higher floor as my unit is quite low. I think must be straight facing to lrt.

hi.. my loan amount only 430k++.. i am first time house buyer.. is there any special previllege by recently announced bajet recently for newbie like me? 50% less on legal fees or no? ihve been told that my legal fees is rm6.9k++ after the so callled 30% discount.. i think its too expensive.. what do u guys think?
