I'm considering buying one of these, but I'm concerned about the developer - Aston Villa is responsible for Scott Garden at Old Klang road - I think anyone who visits there can see it's in an appalling state, the maintenance is dismal.
Given Cybermaster88's comment about the paint on KR1 looking poor, is this really a good purchase? Is aston villa in control or is Yakin?
