The units at lower floor 4th or below(tower C) tak laku...

150m from station...station is abt 4 storey height..tower C got 4 car park floor...tower C 1st 2 floor with have eye interaction with lrt....from SA

yup, i read this news b4.
As Klang valley resident, i can see the traffic jam is everywhere.
Congestion is not cause by the WTC mall only, but also 3-4 big condos development that the residents have not realised.

For me as kiara 2 buyer,it would be great if WTC mall happened.

Yes, agreed with all bros that crisis will be sail thru safely with certain saving.
However, there are tons of ppl who wish the crisis happened soon then they can 'kutip ayam mati'...i think since end of 2009, ppl were start talking abt crisis, and housing price until now apa pun tak ada berlaku..price still like sky high

I m a person who lazy to drive car within KV.The conveniences and alternative options access is my principle for choosing a property. The main reason for KR2 with lrt come to my mind. My first idea is what a great buy with the price .Luckily, i managed to grab one eventually.

For the noise, i have went to those neighborhood which next to lrt station. Surprisingly , the noise is lesser if that house units are next to lrt. The lrt sound is constantly thr which became a routine daily event as some condos not close the door/windows at all. The noise wun even wake me up in fact. Plus i dun think the windows/ doors will be open all the time as our air pollution in KL doesn't low actually.

But for the highway sound impact is quite annoying me as i experienced b4. The cheras condo which have the constantly unbearable noise to force you close the window. my personal experience .

my fren told me tat some cases that developer failed to pay and owner have to pay.
Developer has claimed that they forgot to pay. In the end, still not paid to owner. Is tat true? can we prevent that case?

For the a/c , no matter developer fixed for us or not, the points is thr...so more or less the a/c position is thr. Unless we going to hack it...

Beside that, my legal fee is attached into loan amount , but my legal fee discount is 30% for 550k loan if got further discount, can i amend the loan amount or i get cash back from lawyer?

any bro can help to clarify?
