received a letter from Alliance Bank on 21/12/2012
the letter stated that the bank has released the loan amount for legal fee + car park (term loan) and asking me to pay for the monthly interest!! i tot this suppose to be DIBS?? anyway i will be calling Alliance Bank on Monday to find out... any taikor who taking Alliance Bank loan received this letter???? |

just got a call from Alliance Bank asking me to ignore the monthly interest letter. They will mail directly to the developer instead in the future
now i can sleep in peace! |

if 530/sqft is the market price now.. we got around $120 profit/sqft! wooo hoo!!
can't wait till 2015 then.. probably 700/sqft once the LRT/WCT mall/Lai Meng School etc have completed |
