KR2 south view units will be blocked.

But the good thing is that the noise from LRT will be reduced too.

So in this case, the so called more premium T3 due to unobstructed view will not be premium anymore after all?

As long there's surrounding land and future developments, chances of view getting block is there. One example will be Elements KLCC view being block by upcoming Arte.

There is no other place, the development should just sit over the LRT station 1 itself or very very very near to it. Isn't it ?
*
I think unsure yet.

There are few sources claimed each other, but dunno which is true.

Some said that the service apartments are going to build on top of the LRT station, which I can believe the small piece of land able to accommodate very little units as the existing space of the LRT Building stretch to KR2 border wall is not that big.

If the source said said it is going to be 1000+ units, I think the LRT Station land unable to sustain such many blocks and I suspect it would be another isolated piece of land which linked to LRT.

That was the long plot of the land between Jalil Sutera and The Link, where the owner of the land was Prasarana and I remember I was told that Ho Hup trying to take back / buy back the land but due to accessibility is limited and must be rely on the piece of the current LRT Station, Ho Hup didnt get back the land.

If the sources are mentioned about the 1000+ units of service apartments in 3/4 blocks on top of retail lots by SM Land, I believe the sources I received that it is not going to be PRIMA Homes.

Regarding to the PRIMA Homes to be allocate in the Bkt Jalil / OUG, no concrete info on the exact location.

Quite confusing anyway.

If there is really "real development" of highrises on top of the current LRT Station building, which is existing and ongoing construction, the obstructed view will hit half of Tower 3 ( Unit No. 1 and 2 ) and half of Tower 2 ( Unit. No. 3 and 3A )

And correction is the nearest unit to hit it would be Tower 2 units.

The roof structure for LRT already there, highly unlikely for anything to build on top of it unless LRT running underground but not in this case.

Could be using land around it. Lets wait for the plan to come out.

Agree. The structure already there, so I quite doubt there would be retail with it and apartments on top of it.

If u let me guess, I am sure it would be the land which burger by Jalil Sutera n The Link, so not too near KR2. Its belongs to Prasarana and Ho Hup didnt activate the clause to buy back from them.

Bcz I saw the land plan, tat, the access road is only able to link to the new road to the LRT. And cant access via Jalil Sutera, The Link or The Treez.

If my source is true, then the more premium Treez facing North would be kena more than KR2. But, I think kena a bit only. Not an issue anyway.

Some mentioned 1000 plus units for Prima while the chart stated 416. Lower number means less blocking of view, good for everyone.

Any idea when Prasarana will release the final piece of news?

I am kinda worried with all this incoming influx of supplies and how the road can sustain. There will be > 4-5 projects VP soon here and the traffic is already nightmare during peak hours

I think it only will make it worse, as it will attract not only jalil residents but also all those outside jalil vicinity that that is not too near walking distance to the LRT. And somemore this has park and ride LRT.

It seems your have a lot of worries. To make things simple, when negative outweigh positive, it is obvious this is not the ideal place to make a purchase. Under such circumstances, it's better to move on.

Perhaps I think you lack of understanding about Bukit Jalil ...

You're probably true that it will not only attract Bkt Jalil residents but all those outside Bukit Jalil such as OUG, Tmn Yarl, Kuchai Lama?

If it could only make it worse ( we dont know anyway ), then they all ( those you mentioned ) already taking the existing Bukit Jalil station nearby as well as Sri Petaling station, why must the new STA 1 at Bkt Jalil / OUG ? While those at Bkt Serdang or Bdr Kinrara already going to have 2 new options the other side of Bkt Jalil - Kinrara Highway in STA 2 and STA 3 at PPR Muhibah and Kinrara respectively which is very near Bkt Jalil.

Is that cz new toilet bowl? Very Unlikely. When all the new LRTs / MRTs up, I unsure and remain optimistic on how many people would rather take new LRT than driving.

For me, traffic is my minor concern, no jam I would be much worry where the location is not ideal enough for residents or other ppl to bypass. Accessibility is my bigger concern ahead of traffic jam.

I share your views on this. I think this will be a super jam location due to these :-

1. A few projects are VP soon and they will depend on this road for access to the outside world. For example, some of the Parklane OUG people likely will take this road to Kesas highway.

2. At the same time, there are people coming into the LRT station and they will park by the roadside and wait to pick up people.

The traffic (1) and (2) are always flowing in oppositing directions and you can imagine they will stalemate.

3. Condo residents (Bukit OUG and KR1/KR2 ) are going to park their cars by the road side.

Road jam is already the destiny or the fate !

But jam does not means people will run away from that location. It could still be pretty 'ong' despite the jam.

Don't think there's anyway to object because this "Prima project" propose by government. As mentioned before, very unlikely anything will be build on top LRT station unless LRT is running underground.

i hope they will put something to block their car park at thr after kr1/2 completed. Normally it is 2 lane but after they parked it become ONE lane now. I think it will make us difficult to move out from kr1/2 if like this. cry.gif cry.gif

Is it worth buying T2-26 1201sf at RM 642K or 535 psf after discount? This is a double balcony unit with 3 individual carparks. What type is this unit anyway?
