a) After KR2 soft preview at early 2012, only Twin Arkz was launched this year.
Project Launched at 2011
KR1 was soft launch earlier last year, now latest pricing was RM 380 psf after 7% discount and DIBS scheme / freebies remain
ZR was launched last year with RM 320-340 psf, and gradually increased to RM 460 psf now after discount, no DIBS and no Freebies
KM1 West was launched last year at RM 450 psf, and now the balance units, should be selling at 5% ( With DIBS) or 9% ( no DIBS) , if opt for DIBS, it should be around RM 535 psf onwards after 5% discount.
The Treez was launched at 2nd half of 2010, if I can remember correctly, it was launched and sold at RM 550-600 psf back in 2010

b) WCT Mall master plan had announced but the first launching was schedule at 2013/14 and the first mall and service apartment was due for it's completion by end of 2016/17
c) Jalil City Mall, it is huge project by Malton and involving small piece of land by Ho Hup after a long saga. It was just 10 minutes away from KR2 location and near to BJ Recreational Park. Perhaps you can google search it. The Aurora @ Ho Hup, I think had opened for preview for it's commercials. A few service apartments, megamall, shop-office and offices tower are going to build here.
d) Berjaya Mixed Development. If not mistaken it was 10-11 acres of service apartments and hotel. It is along the Jalan 1/155B, near the Calvary Churh or Taman Bukit Jalil. No indicative pricing yet.

1.Is this WCT Mall is in any way related to KR2 WCT Realtors?
2.Were is the Lai Meng School located ?
3. For Tower 3 Bukit Jalil Golf view, would there be any high rise project blocking the Tower 3 view, other than the current LRT station?
4. Why KR2 got so many lowyat forum buyer?

1) Bro, WCT Mall is a new mall going to build by WCT Berhad, the main anchor developer of Bandar Bukit Tinggi Klang, AEON Klang and Paradigm Mall Kelana Jaya. WCT Realtors is an marketing arm by KR2's group to marketing the developer, company or clients project.
2) Next to Magna Prima's Seri Jalil, or next to Jalil Damai apartments, or the small plot of land opposite Jalil Sutera.
3) Other than LRT station, it would be stretch to The Link. The nearest direct facing highrise would be KM1 and The Treez which I think both are not too near, so, should be okay.
4) I have no idea. Maybe stewardess are here.
