I had tried the product at this evening and I have some questions to better understand the product:

The item I received, only one of the red circled thing has a hard glue surface on it. Can you check on your other stocks whether it is suppose to have both circles have a hard glue on it?
If yes then I simply apply some superglue myself, not a big problem. Just want to know whether it is forgotten to apply glue in factory or purposely left glue-less at one of the red circle thing.

2) I notice that when I turn the control switch in a position between the complete Rinse and Off position, the water output did get smaller, but the soap will start dispensing out slowly together. However when the control switch is put at complete RINSE position, the soap will stop dispensing out with the water. So I want to ask is the product not design to turn the control switch in a middle position between RINSE and OFF without mixing with the soap in the output water? is it we can only turn to complete OFF, complete RINSE, and complete SOAP positions only and not in between?
