im a noob in xbox..i bought a 4gb with kinect(but i did not take the kinect) at RM1299 price..if with kinect RM1599..did i just got cheat??

and another one, they gave me an external hard disk 40gb to put game in it.but when i tried to transfer the game in the hard disk into my computer, my computer cant detect it..really need advice..

I'm not sure about current price, but I've seen a seller here selling Xbox 360 Slim 4GB (w/o Kinect) for only RM699. You can get Xbox 360 Slim 4GB + Kinect for around RM999. Usually, RM1299 price applied to those bundle with 250GB/320GB HDD.

First of all, what did you get for RM1299? Some seller sell for higher price but include in games and accessories.

As for the price, there is a seller in garage sales selling xbox360S 4GB with kinect for RM1100 (should be less without kinect). If you got modded a version (which some buyer don't even know), it usually cost more.

As for transfering game from PC to HDD, can't help you with that.

RM1299 for a JACK SPARROW xbox with a 40GB (what? 40gb only)... You probably got ripped off, a bit :-}

Then again, you can still return it and get a new UNMODDED xbox. Agreed with below.

the xbox was original set but was set so it can play local cd. i dunno what it mean. they gave me 10-20 games to choose but to fit in the external. so i know now ive been ripped off..but thats my mistake..i should come here first to check out with you guys. thanks anyway..this help a lot. i actually go to the shop and some how threaten them saying i know ive been cheated and etc. they gave me quite a good service after that. i hope i learn the lesson to always check with the pro

Of course the physical xbox console was original set Put it simple like this. If it can ONLY play ORI games, that is original set or we called it UNMODDED. If whatever the shapes, conditions, designs, if can play "local" a.k.a pirated a.k.a jack sparrow games then that is definitely PIRATED or we called it MODDED.

It sounds like a Jtag console...?
