So I've crowned Umobile to be the worst customer service of all telco's in Malaysia.
This is written in my blog recently by my personal few times experience with their RUDEST customer service staffs and.. yes there's more, but wait, part 2 is coming soon..

even i just complain in twitter they would call to me to know more about the problem and will rectify it right after that.. was happy with that..

i think u better ask for their name, staff number and ur ticket number...if not, im sure anybody can be rude to u...haven't had any prob after i try that method...cos ur conversation is recorded....

Wanna ask, it's U18 unlimited internet, capped at 1.5Mbps have quota? Or after quota then slow like shit? Because I heard that the quota was 250MB/month only, and I have just subscribe it few days ago.

u28 is pro rated, you must be active few days from 1st january

my friend is subscribe to U28 too, purely using the data on mobile internet and free sms only,. her bill have RM5 discount, when she pay in u mobile service centre in Queensbay Mall here in penang though,. i was with her when she pay her bill hmm.gif

let say you active your number on 7 november

then charge = ((30-6)/ 30 * 28 + 3)+6% charge


meaning your online bill not ready, umobile always very late on their bill statement... cry.gif

my area here my u mobile totally down, in u mobile 3G / maxis 3G or 2G,. ALL

no matter which one i switch to, cannot call or receive call, cannot send or receive text message & cannot on data too rclxub.gif

i'm using UM prepaid bb usb modem. lately my pc got this UIMain.exe has encountered a problem & needs to close message. tried to uninstall & reinstall from the autoprogram on the modem but still got this message. if i ignore the msg, i can still online.

what should i do in this case (apart from ignoring)?

I am confused now.
Prepaid RM28 is unlimited internet for handphone.
How bout MB40, MB68 and MB128 prepaid?? MB40=2G quota.
Can i subscribe MB40,and then use it for my phone?? OR just can use at laptop oni??

it is the quota u should worry,.

if u need more, u should subscribe MB plan for broadband, they are higher quota notworthy.gif
