Hello. I'm here looking for some help. I just bought a new prepaid u mobile sim card. But when I tried to used it on my nexus 7, I'm getting trouble to connect my nexus 7 to the u mobile network. I have a friend who is using the same prepaid simcard but does not any problem using it. He's using an HTC mobile phone. I've tried using a different sim card from a different network, maxis. and it worked. I notice that the maxis sim card was a 4 pin chip. But mine, u mobile prepaid simcard was a 3 pin chip. I dont know if it matters, but that is what I've noticed. So, could any of you please help me solve this problem?

no wonder bro digilife suggest if want to use umobile...got for only prepaid...stay away with postpaid... both ur case is already at highest unacceptable level..

I'm happy for the first few months with uMobile.. now I'm no longer happy, I just had service disruption over 2 weeks, I've made several complaints before, it all took at least 1month to get a reply (mind you this is CFM complaints), this is the last string, I'm trying to get a job and my phone is not getting any signal last 2 weeks, I've missed several job calls and the main cause is my phone.. That's it, for this time I wouldnt make a complaint anymore, RM30 for this kind of service? I'll leave, you guys have fun.

suddenly u mobile cancelled their 1310 IDD calls with immediate effect (26 Jun 2013).. this is so sudden and no announcements made before..
so disappointed with u mobile..

Fastest so far.. at Taylor's University Mamak stall. My friend using digi also archive highest speed of 400kB/s... haha Mamak stall... 

When we use Umobile which is under 3G coverage we will get H signal rite, if that area is not covered by Umobile , we will get 2G signal rite.
But why i couldnt get it. It happened two times , once at Templer Park area and another one at Kerling. 
Both area dont have signal at all. Why? Need to change any settings ?

Don't ever step into "UMobile" until they really buck up their service.
UMobile Customer Service is the worst among all Telco.

Digi or Celcom still much better.
Maxis should be oklah but a lot of hidden charges as what is happening to you now.

As long UMobile planet alignment is perfect...like excellent signal, not in congestion area....you will get the faster possible speed depending on your telco plan.

today i switch to umobile prepaid edy.use MNP..finally no more maxis...MNP activated within 30 minutes only..superb fast ..umobile prepaid available for rm50 topup?

the problem i see is that your "tak apa" attitude which is why our Telco can never or EVER want to improve their shortcoming.
