i bought new sim also same .haha..or suddenly umobile block connection using 3g usb modem?but the gprs/edge successfully connected..

new sim starter also block ?it keeps getting error 628/619..i try change with digi sim card..no problem with the modem..can connect

error 628 is service provider issue, u need to contact u mobile

hye...how bout my problem?
been having problem with the coverage starting from end of august...and i have another 1 year to go...called their customer service and they only said will fix it...any idea? im living in batu caves...so they r saying that there is 3g line there..and that is why i subscibed...huhu
the problem is they said that it will roam under celcom if there is no line...but i had never seen a celcom coverage on my phone....huhu

try manually search for network Maxis 2G,.. U mobile now no longer roam to celcom,.. as u mobile change agreement sign with maxis for 10 years... now can roam to maxis 2G,..

any website where i can see the step by step guide?

u are using it in phone or in usb modem ?

jus go manual search for network under the phone, and manual search for network in usb modem dashboard under option

the u mobile = maxis 2G , while u mobile3G = u mobile 3G

both also umobile only...no 3g...huhu
been paying for 1 month ++ without any satisfaction of internet in my house...kl area is very good...

Yesterday, while checking at umobile center AU2 . the problem happen to prepaid and postpaid user.unable to connect even full coverage.keep getting error 628/619.obviously when in gprs network, the connection was successfull but when in hsdpa/wcdma mode. it getting mentioned error.is this related with their network integration with maxis recently?
