honestly they outsourced the time square center to other company and therefore i think the problem occurred, what was my funny part is i going to terminate the line of my customer, with IC and authorization letter wait at time square, they wrote QUEUE system DOWN, approach to our security guard for help .... but actually is their system down, so i request them to show that is actually SYSTEM DOWN so i can't help my customer to terminate, but they just saying we CAN"T do anything, and thats the last day of the month 30JUNe, which means start of 1st july customer need to pay another 1 month fee, i ask them nicely you can't even accept my application and cop me a receipt that you receive the application on 30 june? they provide same answer that WE CAN"T DO ANYTHING
so i proceed to 1 U, different answer, we accept the application but the termination is withing 24 hours, so at least i can submit first, if the bill still coming out i still got the proof to waive is it, so the SERVICE CENTERS QUALITY is practically DIFFERENT STANDARD, the U store at tropicana city mall is even worse, i barely see any1 at the counter all the time

so better find some alternative way to pay your bill, handphone shop with U mobile signboard ( need to take receipt as security), 7-11 buy coupon, or check out some other forumers in lyn who provide such service like me and digilife too

whatever they stated just ignore, remember 1 thing, 1 and half month didn pay = BAR, the 2nd due date is for 2nd bill, not for first bill, so your line confirmed would be barred after half month of the DUE DATE

and if 2 month not paying = suspend status, call center to unsuspend first then faster make payment, but then RM 10 would be charged for reconnection fee


yup, this is the correct practise, not necessary going to center to settle it, just call them and unsuspend then any phone shop or dealer here can help

for the normal call rate postpaid is more expensive than prepaid, but postpaid entitled ADD ON PACK

thats why SHARE PLAN 68 that got 2 sims la, easier la, you wanna use 1 sim only also can , wanna use both also can, but this plan come with 2 sims ...

you also need to put the sim card into the USB modem only available to online with your LAPTOP

actually some places getting better as before like setapak and cheras, but shah alam puchong those superb congested area might still experiencing maximum 1mbps during night time, anyway this is a good news for some area noon with 4-5 mbps night with 1-2.5mbps
