I really hope they can start improving the coverage in Penang area now.
The package is really attractive and best bang for bucks, too bad the coverage is extremely disappointing.

It makes your mobile not mobile.

within KL is very good, many users mnp to umobile already, like u say good pricing and longer credit period, and good service. digi is cheap pricing, but 'hard to use the service now, no point...'

The U28 is this right:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

The prepaid is this:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Which one is the best?
Since U28 has 1GB and after quota will reduce to 64kbps...
But UMI (unlimited mobile internet) will be usage fair policy after 500mb isn't it?

i think umobile provide a flexibility here to suite different personal needs.

u28: 1GB, free 100sms, no free voice calling.

prepaid 28: 500MB, free 30sms, free 100min calling.

if no much internet activities, seems prepaid better. (after quota, both are believed at 64kbps)

just wonder what if a person prepaid first subscribe RM28 package, then also subscribe RM40/68 data 2GB/5GB , is that allowable?

Hi everyone,

I just signed up U Mobile 7.2Mbps broadband plan RM 40 per month and RM 100 activation. My place in SS3 Petaling Jaya gets 3 bars reception and speed test show download about 2.5 Mbps, upload 1.5 Mbps. Web browsing is OK, but I seem to have some problem with video call on Skype. The sound is OK and I can see the other person's video but they can't see me and Skype says very low connection speed. I thought if 2.5 Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps download should be more than enough for Skype video call?

Any U mobile 7.2 Mbps users here can share their experience whether the Skype video call works for them? Or got the same problem?

Cheers!
