That's what they all say. In real life, you find different people capable of leading in different things without based on zodiac. Leadership is based on your skills, not based on what sign you're born under. If you have the smarts, you should be able to inspire change around you.

All cardinal signs always assume they're right. That's why they tend to act on things. Haven't been under an Aries leadership but when I see Rafa Benitez, I start laughing. Then you think of people like AK and Tony Fernandez, they are great leaders too. As for Cancer, the women are very good in guiding people and teaching people. The guys, great motivators, but too sensitive towards criticism.
