First, I had MF, then friends complain I cannot survive.
Then when I switch to actual gear, friends complain I no MF

If I buy another MF set again and do the switcharoo, how long can it last before Blizz patches the issue? Should I invest in 300% mf now or it's too late?

which act? with <1 mil you can get a decent mf gear for act 1 (If can, look for those +MF + GF).
for mf farming act 2 the cost shoot up
act 3 and 4, the price is skyrocket.

I think mf are great if you can farm fast on act 2.If act 1...I think not worth it.
But minimum mf to see anything significant is 175%-190%.

Act 3. I can solo act 1 with no issues but I want more choice

So Mf don't affect the actual rolls of the item in the end?

only indirectly lor. high MF give you slightly better chance of more # of affixes which means higher chance to roll desirable stats.

zerg farm act1 with 300% mf unbuffed. If its proven to be better why not.

High MF farm act 1... 2 hours =30~40 rares.
High DPS farm act 1 30mins = 10~20 rares.

i would rather do high dps farm 4 rounds act 1

swap gear is another option but be prepared for double repair bill and also need to go back town often to clear bag.

Some pro streamers suggest 40% MF also, which gives you a noticeable benefit without severely compromising your Act 3 performance.

Of cos I got no data to back up their claim.

I have about 60% base mf at the moment and that is considered too little for most people, hence I am almost alone @_@

2 hours? My MF gear Act1 farm is like 50minutes for that 30-40 rares.

Me2 inclusive beating warden n butcher

it's easy to get high dps farm gear for act 1, 200+MF and still clear in less than 1 hour

also you don't need to pick up sub-61 armors or sub-62 weapons
