Details of the complaint : already transfer via mb2u.com



original thread he put the price for rm350 only. then im transfer my money @7.09am. so dats means the item sold already to me.

he sms'ed me confirm my payment received @8.33am 25th july 2012.

but i saw the thread already edited @11.55am 25th july 2012 after received my payment. (something fishy)

he promise me to post around 2pm. den 4pm. den. alamakkk traffic jemmm.. cannot post today. (25TH JULY)

he promise me to post today. until now. 7.55pm 26.7.2012. no sms from him. no calling from him. not answering my call too.


SO MOHD HAFIZ. WHERE ARE U.....?

UPDATE: Still try to call n smsed. delivered sms. call v.mail. ingat dah mati. but saw him last xtive online 12.26am july 27.

nk scam bulan pose. buat malu nama bapak je. rm350 desperate nk rembat bukan boleh kaye pon.

keep update everyday unti i get my refunds back.

Update sahaja tetiap hari buatpe. Take action.

Go make a police report.
Once the report has been filed, MMS a picture of the police report to him.
Make sure his name on the police report can be seen clearly in the MMS.

Don't forget to scan the report & post it in all his thread.

Anyone can come up with that crappy excuse.
Kalau betul dia bukan nak scam ko, kenapa semua SMS / Call tak jawab?

Believe me, if you really want your money back, just go ahead make the police report.
Once you've made the report, send a copy of that report to the scammer.
Tell him the police report will be cancelled as soon as your receive your money back.

Stop wasting time & do something.
Filing a police report will only take you 5 minutes.

i want to make it clear here that this is a total misunderstanding. i've already refund the money and just to proof my point i already sold my phone. the picture is from google as i dont have extra phone to capture the picture of my phone. I hope i've clear the air here.

At the end of the day:

1. You used pics that does not represent the product you are selling. This is false advertising, and can easily set off alarm that you are a potential conman (and we still think you might be one).

2. If you have problem selling the item, return the money IMMEDIATELY. Victims are not your interest free bank loan and you have no right to hold off their money.

3. Don't attempt to sell ANYTHING if you cannot handle your own so called 'problems'. Customer don't care if you are in a car accident, mother die, traffic jams, car stolen. There are better seller out there than the ones giving 101 excuses.

While everyone is bashing up the failed conman, has anyone thought of asking for confirmation from TS if indeed the money had been refunded? All I see is the failed conman's word that he'd refunded the money but nothing from kezerg to confirm it.

Yes, TS, please confirm. Otherwise, that conman wannabe will feel "vindicated"...

Added on July 29, 2012, 6:07 amok let me give u a brief explanation on what exactly happened

1- i've put a advert to sell my my phone on lyn at around 5am, i admit that i used image from Google as i don't have digital camera or any other peripherals to capture the image of my phone.

2. kerzerg sms me, a few hours after i posted the advert asking me to buy the phone.

3. sebenarnya aku nak beli phone baru, aku nak guna duit yg jual galaxy ace utk bayar sebahagian dari harga phone baru. tp bila aku dah bayar pada kawan aku, kawan aku tak dpt bagi hari khamis

4. so aku takleh hantar phone galaxy ace tu lagi sbb aku tgh pakai, dan aku xde duit nak refund sbb aku dah transfer duit tu kat member aku. dan phone aku kena barred hari khamis tu (walaupun tak boleh dijadikan alasan)

5. so aku chickened out masa kerzerg call and sms aku bnyk kali. ITU MEMANG SALAH AKU.

6. jadi aku iklankan lagi sekali phone tu dengan harapan ada orang beli and aku boleh bagi balik duit kerzerg. aku nak COD barang tu supaya aku dpt duit cash kat tangan dan customer dapat barang terus. tapi sebab aku dah dicop sebagai conned man. aku tak berjaya

7. hari jumaat aku minta pinjam duit akak aku utk refund kat kerzerg. dan aku dah pun refund.

8. aku takde niat nak menipu atau conned duit orang. cuma salah aku sbb tak jelaskan kat kerzerg.

9. aku cuma nak clear the air kat sini. aku dah lama jugak join forum ni walaupun aku tak aktif. aku pun pernah jual barang online kat LYN dan Mudah tanpa ada masalah. Minta maaf pada kerzerg dan sHawTY atas bahasa yang kurang sopan dan semua kesulitan.
