With nearly 4 years experience in SAP, I have been wondering the right figure for expected salary. I heard the salary for 4 years experience in basis can get 5 figure already.

Hi all I have a job offer here which is about as the following:

Experience before joining : Sessional teaching at uni level 4 yrs, lab-based research 4 yrs (all overseas)
salary : RM 3.5k
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, medical, dental, annual leave etc... no allowance

Is this an acceptable offer? I know for lecturing in IPTA they have more transparent salary scale (found a lot on other threads) but it is less transparent in the private education sector.. This is the first time I applied to a full-time teaching role..
Will greatly appreciate some advice from someone in educational field...
