Academic level: Bachelor degree with honours in mechanical engineering in University of Leeds(second upper). Also with steam cert grade 2 certified by DOSH and Diploma in palm oil milling and technology ( distinction)

Salary : RM 8000 with 10 months bonus.
Remuneration: company vehicle ( Toyota fortuner) including diesel and car maintenance, a estate banglow with fully furnised, maid and gardener. Water and electricity are provided.

I am lucky but at the same time I put quite a lot of effort. I am trying to get my steam cert grade 1 and heading for my IR professional engineer.

The reason I share my salary are as followings:-
1)I would like to know where do I stand .
2)I realise seldom info from plantation industry share their information here mayb they are all hiding in jungle. I am hoping more ppl from the same industry as me will post their salary here after I did the 1st step.
3) in this industry we hav to stay in the interior location so to compensate the bosses hav to pay higher salary to those qualified person and retain them.
4) Palm oil is the second industry that make the most profit for this country after oil and gas industry. So if u really good and make significant profit it is possible to hav high salary.

I am not trying to convince u that I am true but just want to let u know the reason behind. Thanks for letting me know ur opinion I appreciate it very much.
