rough average guide fr my experience n my friends (this was like a year ago and somehow not much different atm)
fresh grads can go as low as RM1200 - i was offered as assistant sengineer in OnG malay company
RM 2000 - a friend of mine. in consultant company
RM 2500 - another friend of mine. site engineer w contractor. allowance also masyuk one. got extra site allowance, the rest more or less just like me also
the rest of my friends mostly hired in OnG industries so earnings and allowance is not comparable one. i dont really want to know either hahah~

oh btw my current project consultant engineer, aged <30 driving camry. we chatted a bit when i drive him to our project site. he also tell me he started w very small gaji. he really worked his way up. jop hops few times. the camry is actually a company car. to got to be trusted to drive that kind of car, must be something! well, i did asked him that. he told me he brought projects in, and socialize a lot. establish good connection w important people

u see, it kinda inspire me. i hope u can be inspired too smile.gif
but of course, we are like at the edge of a thin fence. and very hard to distinguish the rights or the wrong. sweat.gif
