i am currently venturing full time into process (meaning wont be doing project anymore later), so with my current situation, am i under paid?

If full time process engineer, can i ask for even more? what is the market price now? any process engineer here? Anyway i am in industrial wastewater treatment company

Work at company B now, 2 years (so altogether consider 4.5 years lor), but problem is now i into process.. so in a way i only got 2 years in process haha (then consider 4.5 years in project)

u mean engineer with 4.5 yrs experience in your company get around rm3300?

wow,extremely underpaid.which industry/company is paying that low to their engineers?

sir, in this forum fresh grads expect 4K+

4.5 yrs need to earn like 10K+ alrd and be manager level.

but 4.5yr for 3.3K is very cheap by today standard, for a degree holder esp in engineering.

average work cycle for grads nowadays, 18-24 mths.
average jump 30% for junior level staff

hence

2K - 0 yrs
2.6K ~ 3K - 2 yrs
4K ~ 5K - 4 yrs

i started with much more than 4k basic salary as a field engineer few years back,but it is an entirely different industry though

after three month probation will be adjusted as HR said...so maybe aroun 3k...but if u read through this thread act 1st class i to secure u a place for interview..but the salary is the same as fresh doesnt have experince..i go to one interview which subsidiary of TNB the interviewer said at TNB there a lot of 1st class grads from oversea but cannot do work..so result seems not valid to demand salary but result will show your comitment so it easy to get an interview..thats i kno..is it correct everyone
