Job description: just join as fulltime teacher in a newly setup kindy which just operated in October

Tenure :  Contract ( currently being offered a 1 year renewable contract )
Employment Level : Non executive
Experience before joining : 4 years ( 2 years in customer service, 1 year teaching english as private tutor and 1 year as teacher in an enrichment center)
Salary : RM 1800
Pros: EPF and SOCSO & 2x training a year
Cons: No annual leave and no medical benefits ( x medical leave)
          If serve less than 1 year, need to pay 2 mths salary + in house training fees and other types of training provided (rm 2500) = Total RM 6500 if breach  contract
