Then what is your current salary?

Normally company max will give 30% increment of your current salary. Anything above that is consider excessive. But still depend the company policy & how much the boss willing to paid for you.

Anyway, please don't expect audit firm will give high salary.

Cause they audit until the singe cent.... sad.gif

Minimum paid is bullshit, I know some degree holder work in Kelantan as Auditor only pay RM700-800 only thus always OT.

So if a Maid request over RM900, its totally out of mind.

Minimum pay only compulsory on 1st Jan 2013 (based on the labor law)
And in fact, if you go thru detail, this is not cover all industry, i think like services - hotel etc is not in the condition

And also in fact, a lot of company is waiting to increase only after 1st Jan 2013, "money better in their own account than employee account" - typical businessman thinking
and if they increase the salary now and if the company year end bonus is based on the new salary, then what ever they forecast earlier will be not enought- typical businessman thinking

Just a though, cause i am doing some payroll project before smile.gif
