Salary : RM 1800
Pros: EPF and SOCSO & 2x training a year
Cons: No annual leave and no medical benefits ( x medical leave)
If serve less than 1 year, need to pay 2 mths salary + in house training fees and other types of training provided (rm 2500) = Total RM 6500 if breach contract


So what do you guys think and feel and what suggestions can you give or just share your opinion about this....thanks

Off_shore....i get what u mean, when i asked her why no medical leave she said that this center is still new and not yet established so she is unable to give such benefits...she say we will see how it goes in the 2nd yr or 3rd year...

Apparently, the principal cum owner has been an employee all her life and she probably doesnt understand abt employment/hiring rules....
Just curious what can the labour office staffs do even if they find out abt this....afraid that they r gonna ask me to bawa dia masuk sini...kita bincang bersama sama....

Hi sub_noob, thanks for sharing....well, for this one year, not entitled to any holidays, no skool holidays as well, then if they renew my contract in the 2nd yr, u will get maybe 1/3 of the skool holidays....but the owner says she will see how the 2nd n 3rd yr goes....coz like she told me earlier, the center is still new and not yet established so she is unable to afford to give medical benefits and also wont be medical leave. She put one teacher to every age group...so i believe she didnt think ahead...like what happens if teacher gets high fever, i think she still expect u to take panadol and come to work coz no one is going to look after the 20 students that u r responsible for.

For training, it will be next month only for 3 days, then in august next yr there will be another one week training, i think its like education training, motivational training as what the principal told me. Currently we only have 2 staffs as we r still looking for a fulltime mandarin teacher...school will only start in january next yr, so from oct til dec, we r registering, recruiting n getting the center all ready
