Guys, I'm a fresh grad for Diploma in Hotel Management. Was wondering, if fresh grads are usually allowed to apply for supervisor position in restaurants? These employees usually ask 'what is your expected salary?', how will I know how much is suitable without looking too greedy? I am really afraid of being underpaid for my services.
I do know of a restaurant where even normal full-time workers can earn up to 2k - 2.1k a month. How much would a supervisor earn? Any idea?

QUOTE(Seobabykpop @ Jan 10 2013, 09:00 AM) Job Title : Admin/ account coordinator Job Desciption : Managing book-keeping, assisting admin work, a little bit of marketing Years spent in company : 4 month Company : SME Business Industry : Service Tenure : temporary Employment Level : Non- exec Experience before joining : Fresh Grad salary : RM 1200 WHYYYYYY :'( Don't mean to belittle your current salary, but.. RM1200 is a little.. I worked part-time after SPM in a shopping mall while waiting for college intake, and I earned that much after a month's work (6days/week RM5/hour) I think you need a new company!
