Join a company which emphasizes on work-life balance. Most of the MNCs are into this nowadays, my company as well.
You do know MNCs' salary range is on a higher side compared to local companies right?

Location : KL
Tenure : Permanent
Experience before joining : 6 years in banking ops, 3+ in compliance
Basic on joining : RM7000 (from RM1800 on my first job)
Total allowance : Nil
Education level : Bachelor Degree in IT
Benefits : 21 days leave, 15% EPF, 9-5 job, avg annual bonus - 3 months
Working hrs: 8 hour++ (including lunch), 5 days week.

i think im slightly underpaid for my experiences , job scope and the industry I'm in. Any comments are welcomed!
