IMHO, you deserve higher pay. Mind to share why you choose econs over RM?  you like writing a lot?
*
look at the total bonus he is getting, 6 months which resulted to 66.6k/year = 5550/month. Not too bad for 3 years experience isn't it?

Always look at total package rather than monthly alone.

Not necessarily.
Join a company which emphasizes on work-life balance. Most of the MNCs are into this nowadays, my company as well. smile.gif
You do know MNCs' salary range is on a higher side compared to local companies right? biggrin.gif
*
i believed there is company promote work life balance, but the key is how many of them can really practice it? Different industry may have different expectation on working hour. I have been in IT for few years and i would say long hour is sometime inevitable biggrin.gif

MNC pay higher than local company? maybe yes but not for my case brows.gif

dear Dave,

is it the job scope roughly as same as what I am doing right now?
*
its different.

From your earlier post, i believe you are support team which help in clearing various type of remittance from internet banking i.e foreign TT wheresome funny customer just fill in wrong SWIFT and hence you guys need to call customer for clearance or cancel the transaction. Am i right? i have friend who work in HSBC for this role.

Credit analyst is a role where people evaluate customer profile and decide if loan can be approved or reject.

Age: Early 30s
Years spent in company : 3 months

Experience before joining : 6 years in banking ops, 3+ in compliance
Basic on joining : RM7000 (from RM1800 on my first job)

Working hrs: 8 hour++ (including lunch), 5 days week.

i think im slightly underpaid for my experiences , job scope and the industry I'm in. Any comments are welcomed!
*
bro, 3 months bonus means 15 month salary/8,750 per month.

not that bad for 9-5 to earn 8,750 per month. Go to those consulting services if you look for more. But i believe the working hour will then increase as well.
