Job description: Sell company's products. Years spent in company: 2+ (first year was part timer as I was still studying) Company: Local Sdn Bhd Industry: Retail Tenure: Permanent Employment level: Executive Experience before joining: 1st full time job. Salary: 1.8k, started with 1.5k (during 6 months probation). |

Want to ask experienced salespeople here.
Is the pay normally low cause we have commission? Meaning if you want to earn more for a certain month, have to work harder. How much is your milage claim? Mine is RM 0.55 per km. Which one of my friend said is low cause that was his milage claim 10 years ago I feel it is unfair cause everyday need to go here go there just to earn while there are colleagues earning more who bums around (like seriously) in the HQ. What's worst is that the company depends on the salespeople to bring in the sales so that can bayar gaji and bonus... Meaning I'm one of the first few to kena from big boss if company make losses  |
