3.9k for 6 years experience, senior title is quite low..ur company is manufacture wht?

in semiconductor field, 3+ year experience get 4k++ salary is quite normal...4-6 years experience, if good performance can up to 7k-8k....if very outstanding...climb up to management level like dept manager like my supervisor,10 years in this field now at dept manager title, 10k-15k....surprise?


and few years back there is one local people who hold the managing director post in my company, guess how much the pay? 80k/month..

kind a sad...some my friend already make above 8k oledy..

Not sure whether i am under paid or not.

one of my friend work in MNC semiconductor, 8 years, 10k above, as expat in shanghai

one at british america tobbaco, as manager, 8k above, 6 years

some at oil n gas like petronas, shell, baker hughes, technip, all above 8k, 5-6 years.


regret not join oil n gas since beginning.

well, i heard IT field can get quite high pay, my freinds do IT, fresh grad 5 years ago oledy got 3.8k as starting pay

what kind of manufacturing?

how many years working experience?

if she graduate around 22 years old, 10 years working experience, climb to manager level, no surprise to get above 10k...

my company also lots of young people around 30 years, with 7 or 8 years experience above, manager level get 10k above...
