Years spent in company : almost 2 years
Company : local
Industry : IT
Tenure : Permanent
Experience before joining : none, came from engineering degree
Salary : RM2.8k

New offer

Job Title : Associate
Job Description : software development using java
Company : MNC
Industry : IT
Tenure : Permanent
Salary : RM3.2k

With no java experience before i guess the offer is quite ok? Also not so sure about the job scope of an associate..

already applied for php and mysql job and got an offer but still less than this one. and also feels like trying out in new working environment i guess..
