Basic on joining : RM7000 (from RM1800 on my first job)
Total allowance : Nil
Education level : Bachelor Degree in IT
Benefits : 21 days leave, 15% EPF, 9-5 job, avg annual bonus - 3 months
Working hrs: 8 hour++ (including lunch), 5 days week.

i think im slightly underpaid for my experiences , job scope and the industry I'm in. Any comments are welcomed!

My bad as i should mention that the 3months bonus is more of a performance base bonus. It's what I've gathered from colleagues for an employee with average performance in the pasts. As much as i wanted to, i wouldn't take it as 15-m salary as this bonus is variable due to company performance, management decisions and of course individual performances...
