Years spent in company : 1 year 3 months Company : ----- Industry : Network Tenure : permanent Employment Level : Exec. Education: Degree, CCNA, HCDA, CSSA, FCSNA, CCNP Switching(Routing & Troubleshoot not yet take) Experience before joining : 1 year 2 months(8 months Software Engineering + 6 months NOC network engineer) Current Salary : RM 2,800 Salary Before : RM 2,200 benefit/perks : Fixed travel allowance withing Klang Valley RM450, 0.60cent/km outside from Klang Valley, Medical, Insurance, Dental. Am i underpaid? i plan to talk to boss during 1 year term review to request for RM 3,800-4,000 increment. Possible ah? |
