Previously work in a bank for 1yr. Earned RM 2400 only for fresh grad. Increament RM 100 yearly and only have RM 500 for my yearly bonus. Quit after one year and join MNC which double up my salary. Bank is good stable job but remuneration is low as they always wana be fair doesn't matter you good or average.

Just share my exp, my head of dept put me up for promotion but due to I am fresh and only have 1yr exp in banking sector, I was turned down by the chief of HR and politics issue. So there goes my resignation on the promises was not kept after what I sacrificed.

Nope, it depends on the profit and declaration of the bank.. I think is not appropriate to disclose which bank.. I can say if you willing to sacrifice your life in bank, you can climb but depends on the opportunity and whether you got connection or pandai "gosok" a not.. Banking sector is all about experience, they wont see your intelligence..
