Working exp: 3yrs+  (Diploma from Local college). Currently 4th month in the company.
Industry: Publishing ( Tax & Accounting )
Annual leave : more than 15 days AL
Salary : RM4.3k (+300 shift allowance + standard medical coverage)

I would assume that this is considered low for my age, but need more bargaining power such as a degree n etc..However i'm looking at the first  review to see if there will be any changes to my Package & decide if its worth spilling my effort..  =.=

No Idea. Maybe it's the job market here in Sabah dont offer that high salary compare to other places.
