2 years experience working fulltime,
however, all the while I have done dozens of freelance projects and I'm currently doing what the editors should be doing. (proofread, edit etc)
For that, I think I'm underpaid since I basically do 2 jobs. Hmmm...
I need more opinion still on whether I should stick around.
