Hi All,
I'm 25 and currently working and getting a Basic Pay of RM3,700. However, I recently got an offer from an MNC for the a lower Basic but Higher Allowance.

Current Job:
1) Basic Pay = RM3,700

Job Offered:
1) Basic Pay = RM3,000
2) Allowance = RM1,550

Total = RM4550
I would like to seek your opinion of the matter if I should consider the job. I understand that my Bonus and my future increment would be effected in the future but I've also calculated my yearly income would be higher.

I would say I'm just getting real lucky to land this job.. I mean, pure luck.
even during the interview I met few candidate studying from top top uni in London..

High risk high return low risk low return. It sounds like you are talking about contractual work without fixed salary based on commission.

At 30K per month a year net income is 360K gross a year. CEO money already.

Could be wrong! would love to meet this fellow because I want that kinda money!
