Relentlessly trying to put words?

Manager n director. You highlight it personally yourself. Did I mention my mum is a Head in a bank? and earns more than what you have mentioned?

It is up to invidual on their likings of challenges. When sky is your limit, how much limit is your limit? Earning example of Bill Gates? Steve Jobs?  whistling.gif  sweat.gif

Looks like its always my mum or my dad or my friend...

I'm still considering coz the rest is oil palm. Though higher but no life. Low pay is so typical for "foochow boss". Plus the company is actually owned by my friend's family. Thats why its just "verbally" informed me. Even "verbally bonded" , say expect not to treat it as stepping stone

seriously give them the finger and find something else...
grad pay 1.2k?

increase after 3 months is a joke...
u expecting 2K after 3 months? thats >50% increase...
they will tell you impossible at the end of 3 months

where's your location

Ya, I challenge you to take up my role. smile.gif
I'm more to the business HR that acts as a business partner for managers and employees.
I don't bother who comes in to work, what time the person comes in and goes out, how the person dresses to work. If you still have that perception for a HR person, you failed miserably. smile.gif

well HR is often mis-read as they tend to forget their role.
HR should be working for the Employee interms of benefits/welfare/payroll/etc

but when HR goes into things like taking out benefits, telling you that you're late, looking for improper attire... they start to work against the employee, hence forgetting that HRM stands for Human Resource Management in the first place...
from this point on, they are seen as how we see prefects in our schooling days...
study like you, eat like you but have to prick in everything you do/do wrong and have more for themselves....

So HR ppl, remember.
you are the linkl between the employer and the employee....
you help create a harmonious environment not vice versa

so don't spoil whats good and bring on the bad then ppl will start appreciating HR

Not everyone as smart and hardworking and so lucky as you. Furthermore 4 vs 7 yrs experience, you can't compare apple and orange.

Of cause, always open for better opportunity.
