Job Desciption : B2B sales + a little marketing Years spent in company : 5 mths Company : Jap MNC Industry : IT related Tenure : permanent Employment Level : one rank below executive Experience before joining : Fresh grad salary (RM): 2300 (basic) + 250 (fix allowance) + 600~1500 (variable commission) + 120 (company phone) + 400 (petrol card) Benefits: Standard Boleh guys? |

Job description: B2B sales, maintaining relationship with business partners, some marketing Age: 23 (2013) Working experience : 0 Years spent in the company: 0.5 yr Education: Degree salary : RM 2300 (basic), 250 (fix allowance), max 1500 (commission) my average is 900/mth, company cellphone 120 credit, petrol card with 400 credit. Benefit : Standard.. Working hrs: Monday to Friday, 8 hrs a day Required to work quite frequently on weekends to assist business partners' events etc etc... very tiring and only compensate RM80/day Am thinking to quit cuz b2b sales very tough..... b2b practice here very chinaman style, totally different from what I've learned in uni. It's like no finish work hours, even on leave phone calls still come and haunt me...sleep also can't sleep well... What do you guys think?
