Just want to shared mine, graduated on Diploma in E-Business. I think my first job was underpaid because that time still I'm new with working world, don't know how to bargain but I gained a lot of knowledge on my first job. Below is my 2 previous job,

Years spent in company : 5 months
Company : MNC
Industry : Oil & Gas
Tenure : Contract (Yearly renewal)
Employment Level : *This one I'm not sure, must be the lowest level*
Experience before joining : 1 year +
Salary : RM3,500 + RM100 handphone allowance + OT
Age: 23

Not really bright future, there are pros and cons also. So that why I jumped, and see this time how it goes

When you have car loan, 3k already is not enough for you plus with other expenses. But still depends how you manage your account

Yearly contract right? There are pros and cons, i worked at one of O&G last time and yeah, to get permanent job in O&G in IT Support field is very hard. Because of limited headcount unless software application like SAP. Nice figure u got there, but i believe in term of benefits must be less than permanent staff.
