What position u applied?and ur previous bank salary? Is depend on u..if u. Ur performance at ur current bank. And what have u achieve during this 3 yr. Btw the salary range u requesting is around AM-Q level.

RM1600-2000 to a fresh grad? Seriously? Thought they will offer higher than local bank, no?

I just put RM 4,300 and hopefully they will accept. Just wonder whether it is Underpaid or Overpaid or Just Nice for 3 years experience in banking.

Im in operations side. Besides salary, have to consider the benefits, OT, leaves etc. And of course the BONUS.  rclxub.gif

Benefit is good. if u compare with other bank. Citi is in top 5 list. Btw citi pay quite good. Even telesales or credit card sales also getting minimum 2k pay. So i dunno which position in citi pay rm1600.. Cleaner kot.

One thing, citibank will really pay good if u are performer. I got 50% more than what i get at previous bank when i jump to citi. im in sales line tho..

Hi..cant brain anything already. Very confuse..so decided to get some opinion here.
Im working in citi. 2700 + 350 allowance for a year now.
Recently hlb offered me 3200 + 400 allowance and i accepted, now waiting for my 2 mth notice.
But citi counter offered me twice, rejected the 1st time now they offer again senior position and transfer to different branch. Salary wise almost same with hlb offer.

What i want to know is hlb working environment?better chance to growth or foreign bank remain better??

if i'm in your position, i'd stay with Citi.
1stly, ur r promoted, pay almost the same as hlb.
your resume will look much better too, even if u are to leave citi in another 6 month.
u can even demand for more when u leave in future

not really a good benefit. You are staying due to work related.

Hahaha

Permanent is better..new offer is contract. If u ok with the risk of no work after 1 year den go ahead..
