It depends which field you are in. Some ppl earn 5 figures and some ppl still get underpaid like getting RM 3.5k-RM 4.3k

I don't think you're underpaid. My friend, who is in HR, has about the same # of years of experience, is earning RM3.7k (Banking)

What you should be looking at now is taking up new roles in other areas of HR (e.g. payroll, benefits, recruitment) to increase your value.

Fresh grad consider not bad liao.. But y age 26 only fresh? u study master? If like dat not bad oso the salary.

I'm 26 because I went to Polytechnic right after SPM for 3 years then I missed almost 1/2 a year because I'm not selected for the 1st intake to public uni due to priority is given to STPM candidates. Actually right after practical training, I've worked as a supervisor for several 5 months before switching to this job because my salary during that time is only RM1900 with nothing else.

The only thing about this job is the RM200 hardship per month to replace my OT bcoz sometimes have to work until 10pm & above.

the salary offered is freaking high but its contract. My friend worked in CSC and employed as 1 year contract as well.
but work 2 months, his project terminated and his job of coz GG-ed.

You are still young, keep your present job and save up your money. Only when you reach to 30s you can start thinking of work life balance.

Why worry when you all are still young in your 20s. Don't be afraid of taking challenges. If you fail you have more than enough time to get back up.

but the location is kinda far for my preference....

Big 4 alone u start at 2.8k.why did u leave big 4 for 2.4k?
