Many jobs you can get such as management trainee, analyst/consultant in different industry, operation jobs, marketing jobs, etc.

Many companies provides training to fresh graduates so don't really matter what you study. If your result is good, speaks well in English, good attitudes and don't ask for high salary, you definitely can easily get an offer.

fresh grad dun be so greedy, gain experience 1st

Just wonder, possible to get a job at Cyberjaya for your job scope? Maybe you can search around?
As for Cyberjaya, bus available from Klang direct to Cyber and Cyber direct back to Klang, every one hour. (They have fix schedule ) And you only have to pay RM250 monthly, somemore provided with free wifi on bus (not sure if they had increase this year or not). RM1044 exclude the food is too much!

Klang to Cyberjaya quite far too...

QUOTE(shenngau @ May 18 2013, 03:32 PM)
Erm... Is the title really matter? The requirements/qualifications of senior post is different in different company.

In my first company which is a big company, there are 3 level for software engineer and 2 level for team lead. Senior level in software engineer is still below 4k.
In my second company, with 2.5 years exp, I am a team lead but salary is still below 4k.
In my third company, 5 years exp, I not even a senior software engineer but my salary is 5k.

In IT industry, your salary is based on your skills and experiences. Works in big company, big projects for millions of users, or high demands skills, etc, it helps you to get better offers.

Nice share..you are developing progressively

I agree with you.  I do smoke, but at least I don't drink and party excessively like some of my peers do.  Too expensive to party in KL tongue.gif

Been reading a couple of sites relating to migration to Australia / NZ.  Thinking of moving there after two years of work.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 14 2013, 01:46 PM)
Well, those that you mentioned is just a proportion of what a HR person should do.
There are more that needs to be done. smile.gif

We have a very good relationship with the employees in the company. Our headcount is not that small (approx 300) but everyone knows and appreciates us. Though there are times, we have to be firm with our decision but we need to flexible enough to listen to the employees. That's how I was taught when I first joined this company as a freshie.

I always believe employee-employer relationship plays in 2 ways and not only depending on employer all the time.

Anyway, appreciate your feedback. smile.gif

Today I have six sessions of 1-1 discussion and will start at 2p.m., next week will continue with others. I always believe in meeting with employees and managers to understand their needs. I don't like hiding behind my laptop and do my work. biggrin.gif

Hi xxx,

As per our earlier teleconversation, you mentioned that my request of RM 100 adjustment will be recommended after the probation.
May I know if this is confirmed and finalized? I don't seem to see this in my offer letter.
Please advise me on this matter.

Appreciate your reply to ensure our understanding is aligned.

Thanks.

Regards,
xxx

You are right, but I think universities will be venturing into this approach of course if given the lecturers have the skills too.

I think it is good to be an iOS developer than android tongue.gif personally.

not necessary being a iOS developer good, being a developer itself and understand many programming language is better.
