Added on November 14, 2012, 10:03 pmYour employer is unethical. Even if you were a fresh grad, very new in clerical task, you should get paid not less than rm 1.5k as the market now for a diploma with at least 2 years experience in the same field deserved rm 1.8k pulse change job.

Tenure : Contract ( currently being offered a 1 year renewable contract )
Employment Level : Non executive
Experience before joining : 4 years ( 2 years in customer service, 1 year teaching english as private tutor and 1 year as teacher in an enrichment center)
Salary : RM 1800
Pros: EPF and SOCSO & 2x training a year
Cons: No annual leave and no medical benefits ( x medical leave)
If serve less than 1 year, need to pay 2 mths salary + in house training fees and other types of training provided (rm 2500) = Total RM 6500 if breach contract


So what do you guys think and feel and what suggestions can you give or just share your opinion about this....thanks

No good, Need to compensate 3.5 months salary if serve less than 1 year. Somemore it is just contract staff and not permanent. I wont take it.

You'll be better off not hearing negative opinions about yr salary package until your contract is due, otherwise it's gonna be a tough one year for you.
