Achievement: From Arreat to Xiansai - Reach level 60 with 5 different classes.


Had an idea since most are complaining about the game so much...

some of the complaints are: boring, no rewarding end game, Auction House, insane inferno difficulty, repetitive gameplay

So let's up all 5 characters till lvl 60! I'm sure not many ppl are doing/aiming/completed for that yet.

Do state here if you've already past lvl 60 for all 5 characters: Monk, Barb, DH, Wizard and Witch Doctor. Let us know which you think is stronger range/melee and why. How is inferno for u now?

My current progress: Monk lvl 60, Witch Doctor lvl 44, Barbarian lvl 34, DH lvl 10

My friend and I talked about it and we decided to race to see who can finish all 5 at lvl 60. It's not an easy feat since you'll need to go through 4 difficulties and spend lots of time on one character. I've gotten bored and almost quit the game but this has motivated me all over again... Got to find out on other chars brings new air to the game

Do pledge here if you'd wanna join (coz of being sick of lvl 60 beyond!) Guess what once you've pass all till lvl 60 it wouldn't be as boring coz you'd get to choose to use which one at inferno rather than just 1 character! Wouldn't that be refreshing for interno gameplay?

Leveling could be quite boring too.
I think it is better to have all 5 characters + 1 hardcore to complete Inferno.

all 5 charc lv60 in HC pls

I can't even get a 2nd character to lvl 60. Like level 40 sitting in the middle of Nightmare Act3 also bored liao.

i'm on my 3rd character , lvl 26 DH now

progressing through nightmare

1st . witch doctor
2nd . wizard

now something really soft and squishy but strong

respect people who did it ....

they really got the time + passion ....

60 dh.. 32 monk 42 wd 46 barb 12 wd =0=

this is what i do after bored with Witch Doc lvl 44...

keep all the low lvl items lvl 10,20, and 30 (u ony need 3 types) for early game.

reroll barbarian, put the gears on him instead.. viola... i'm having fun again!

if u bored with progressing one doesnt mean u need to finish that till 60 first... u can reroll as other chars transfer the previous items to him/her (so make sure be careful on selling ur best magic find/gold find items so soon!)

Yea if u're just heading to finishing inferno once only then that also can...

I bet item prices will keep going down.. one day we all can finish inferno without using too much gold!

yeah.. wanna get the best value out of the $60 we paid .. else wasted ler so fast quit..

Diablo series is well known to be repayable for many years.. so hope this D3 will be also.. maybe after expansion will be better! So it's good to have all at lvl60 to prepare for it, right?

I met someone in Public Game. He has 10 lvl60, 2 for each classes, male and female.

can have 10? i thought max characters is 8 a person?

Got 4 chars @ lvl 60

Last char at lvl 20+ (Witch Doctor)

Too bored to progress.

stop until i finish all my final project xD

Max 10 per account.

3rd character, Barb Level 24, just entered Act 3 today.

Ohh~ Bragging threads~

1st monk, 40-45 hours.
2nd Wiz, 25-30 hours.
3rd Barb, 22-23 hours.
4th WD, 20 hours.
5th DH, 17 hours.

It'll get much easier when you have more then 500k gold to spend when you buy gear for alts, and refresh gear for every 5 levels.
Just get +exp kaw kaw, and socket helm for 20+ %.
Money you collect when lvl-ing is enuff for you to buy those things, not top end, but mid-high range, and you can face-roll all content till Hell.

My preference is Wiz, always will be. Just bcoz i'm used to range magic in MMORPG, I like Wiz.

On personal opinion of which class is better, it's the most familiar class that you're with, that you're comfortable.
All class can be good-very good with good gear.
All class can also be godly with good gear+good player.

done that like a long long long long long time ago.

tips
1) search for REDUCED LEVEL REQUIREMENT weapons.
2) put a ruby on your helmet..

4 char at 60, just have DH at 30 .... LOL and DH was my first char as well

repetitive acts halted me proceeding my third 60, boring man....

i prefer to equip GF gear and grinding in nightmare again and again.

I think Id wait for next patch, since they said theyre buffing underused skills.

My first char is approaching lvl 60 (now 58) and i know i'm way behind you guys. But can't help but wonder... why lvl 60? A lot of people seem to view lvl 60 as some kind of milestone but i couldn't figure out why...

that one sounds even more boring... i cant do things over n over again sure fall asleep (at least going thru different difficulties, trying out new chars and combos is way more interesting)

somemore i hate the fact that i am playing a max level character.. the idea of lvling up other characters haunt me..


err... coz it's 60? It's like peak of the level for a character.. you can't proceed anymore after that in XP... and you get NV buff once you enter inferno? (only for lvl 60 above).. not only that items ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE THERE, it also has the HIGHEST DIFFICULTY - all prev difficulty is nothing compare to this place.. if u picked up a great item in inferno, u can search up on AH, compare it and still easily get 1mil for it (if u that lucky la usually still get alot crap items zzz - most exp for me is sold an all resistance shield for 500k gold)

pro.. wished i had that much time hahahaa.... busy with fiance nowadays need to focus on her too.

Torchlight.. was thinking about it.. I rather TL2 if it get good reviews (not gonna follow the crowd nymore after kena "conned" by D3... will wait awhile before buying).

completed all 5 at level 60, 3-4 weeks ago, all at inferno stage as well.

I made a HC mage who died to double elite frog pack in normals

60 wiz, 60 barb, 41 dh, 41 wd, 39 monk

i like barb the most but lack for good equip so stop lvling him...currently focus on dh to make her a tank build when hit lvl60 later.

hmm... inferno now ma much more fun for u? no need worry about maxing out characters adi..

gonna play all till 60 first, then slowly up paragon levels for each see how far I can go.

doing so coz prices are crazy right now at AH... getting bored by keep using same Barb to farm. My Monk need to change most of the gears planning to get all resist + 1 type resist to be really tanky (saw too many of such at pub games make me jealous )

Got all my character to lvl 60 1 month ago and equipped them with decent gear to be able to farm higher MP level and raised their dps to 100K atleast
Current highest character in DPS is DH with 150K dps
check out my profile below for the other char

Want to get all 5 toons to 200k dps unbuff.
Want to get all 5 HC to 60.
Want to get at least 5 PL100
Want to get 5 male & 5 female of each class to 60 (refer vanilla diablo achievement: 2 barb to 60, and so on)

Oh man, so many wants, so little game up-time (minus snooze-o-meter up-time)

got 6 chars at lvl60 sometime ago already. cant really see the point of this thread. getting all 5 chars in HC would be a harder challenge.

cant really tell which char is stronger, as each of my char has got different dps and ehp (i.e. 220k dps barb vs 120k dps wiz).

HC or SC? if SC oledy done, HC not yet..
