Pricing for K3 is expected to be in the region of 95-98K from reliable sources. It will come with an improved engine and specs compared to the current Forte. It's definately worth waiting for...Cheers!

yeah,since i made a booking already thru my dad in msia. im gonna be back soon in july.. so i thgt to myself why dont i just go to the dealer here to look for the car myself. i compared current forte specs here with in malaysia are almost the same xcept for total airbags. so i guess, what u get here u will get in malaysia also.. so worth to check out.
30% is just my assumption bro.  myb i got exaggerated while back then. but really there was current forte and k3 in the showroom.. so i got to test both of the legroom. really much of a different

list of gadget worth for the 1.6 are like LED DRL, both front windows are auto, voice control, touch screen 4.3" display, smart key, cooled glove box, n the list go on and on.. i can upload the pics if u want it. but bear in mind this is the russian model but i think we will get this in bolehland also after comparing the current forte in russia with those in malaysia

as for the screen, thre are 3 types..
-the largest one u see in utube are the highest spec of all which is compatible with UVO system.
-the 2nd one is the one like in the pic i uploaded (touch screen and have rear view cam)
-3rd one the lowest spec( same size as 2nd but no touch screen and no rear camera)

so, i think in msia only gonna bring the 2nd one.

as for the price-

here forte koup = 909900 RUB, as in bolehland = RM115 800.

so im guessing for the 1.6(high spec) =RM110k and 2.0 = RM117k after comparing the price of k3 here.

color options i dont know yet.. but im aiming for the red one

my sa told me probably will launch k3 end of june or early july.. i'll be back to malaysia on 23rd july.. hopefully got the car already by that time

Was informed my SA yesterday, booking can be made now. Expected June arriving. Cost est 1.6 98k and 2.0 110k. Yes, they only have 2.0 and not 1.8
But with the price of 110k, it sure put hyundai elantra (1.8 only) run for their money. And knowing Kia, it will be higher spec than hyundai. I will book mine this weekend if the SA can refund my money.....in case la I dont like the interior. Seen white leather interior in youtube, don't like it.

Volester is a sport coupe, and is to fight with crz, nothing to do with k3 pricing, thanks to that price, only i can see more crz on road, lol.
Hyundai used to hav a coupe model, which price high also. Is not a big suprise when they price so high for volester, i tot they will price it for 119k, but they seems greedy, hahaha.
Look at current forte price, i would say it would be ok for a max 10k of price increase, anything more than that will kill the sales, if naza they wanna outsale hyundai den better pandai like other model, exp like sportage, k5, etc.
I been following this model since it launch, hope the price is right...
If not, i rather go for other choices like focus or wait for new 308.

Depends.....some people put sunroof as a must criteria like my wife. Maybe she like the romantic moments under the moon & stars

seems like steering is similar to Kia rio , and the audio unit is same like current sorento . with touch screen head unit , no CD changer function ,no GPS

1.flex steering = flexible steering i guess = mode for steering response. got button on steering wheel can choose either "sport", "normal" or "comfort"
2.Puddle lamp = small led under wing mirror (better visibility when go out of car)
3.ventilated seat = like ur explanation..
4.rear lights are LED.

The spec will come with Front & Rear Parking Assist system in the form of 2 ultrasonic sensors at the front, and 4 sensors at the back, with dot matrix LCD cluster for 1.6SX and TFT color LCD cluster display for the 2.0. These LCD display would show how close your car is to any obstruction with 3 bars being the furthest, and 1 bar the nearest.

However, it does not have the auto-park feature, which is what you are asking. Not for the Malaysian spec anyway.

There are 2 things we are talking about here

1) 4.3 Inch TFT LCD display (touch screen) on AUDIO system, with rear view camera.
  This is the audio player right in the middle of the car. 

2) 4.2 Inch TFT LCD instrument cluster for 2.0L only. This is the one right above the steering wheel.
    For 1.6L, it is dot matrix display (no color)
    For 2.0L, it comes in TFT color display.
