You either increase muscle mass or reduce fat. Lack of definition could also mean muscles are simply not there in the first place.

Don't take it as an insult. I admire girls who do weights.

to have a more define biceps, you have to shred them fats away. that is the only way. increasing the biceps size would only make it large but it is still not define if you have lots of fat.

but I guess if you do shred them fats off, those guns would be quite small.

12% for girls is already very low. It simply means you don't have muscle. Just build the muscles up. I wouldn't lose more fat if I were you. Below 10% is already anorexic.

WAIT. BF or BMI?

Obviously the 12% if BF. BMI value is an integer number.

p.s: Just want to post a pic of IFBB PRO with single digit BF% to correct your statement about anorexic but nevermind about that. On second thought, I'll post it.

Those physiques are 110% not natural.

Dunno if TS is shooting for that sorta look............

She looks damn fine to me! laugh.gif maybe increase in muscle mass a bit will help definition to stand out.

Doesn't work that way. Being 'ripped' or not depends on your bodyfat %, which in turn depends on your diet.

agree with -Dan. the more time you spend preparing your own meals, that will eventually transfer accross to how you look

ofcourse if you have been eating like crap for the past year and expect to do a 180° turn in a month, that just won't happen.

One mustn't confuse between having a ripped body and big muscular body. You want a ripped vein popping six pack with oblique, you need to get to a single digit bodyfat. For a better routine and more TUT for building muscles, your advice can be used but you wont get the rippedness that way.
