KilJim meant well, don't take it seriously. smile.gif

You can always start to learn how to quote properly and use the edit button. We do not encourage double posting over here smile.gif

Nope there arent any direct rules for not using the quote
But if a mod comes and say "Hey, learn to use the quotes" and you ignore it then needless to say you'll get it
Just as in life, dont wait for ppl to warn u before taking action, so why not use quotes instead?

hyyam : You really need to read my post again and understand what i said...

was doing research..
head-fi everyday!
then that guy offered a very good price and he can deliver promptly.
so i accepted it lor.
maybe when i develop more sensitive hearing..then i can enjoy it.

oo yeah...how come mp3 doesnt sound as good as cd?
same like if we compare original dvd and pirated?
*
Mp3 files is a compressed file, all the background music and vocal will reduce their quality. dvd is most quality sound, that why the size file bigger than 6 times cd size file.

Just a budget setup, dont expect too much lo...... rclxm9.gif

But I think the source does matter a lot to the amp,I got no other soundcard to test it out, just using my onboard STAC97 with ASIO4All, so just think & guess oni , hehe.  laugh.gif

I felt significant differences if using normal headset, but I dont know why I cant feel it with my 895. Anyway, I am just a beginner in this, my ears dont have that much "experience" yet  doh.gif

use more time to class it....sure will improve ur listening as well

IMHO, eokboy or thedoctor amp will sound better. according to what i heard lah. =)
how ever, if battery is an issue, PA2V2 is not bad as it run on AA battery rather than 9V.
and it can last really long time.

never test before...still got ah?

Maybe he dunno how to explain gua.. sure at least bit better.

QUOTE(dinodog_Jr @ Jun 13 2006, 02:52 AM)
I prefer listening to mini-EPH wif Adapter powered. Yes, i can feel the soundstage details is much clearer & bass is more tight.
I am still fixing the batteries issue. My bro will bring back enegizer batt within this week.

As for Pa2v2, it does wonderful job wif 2 AA batteries.
I had been using two AA batteries which cannot drive my Hi-MD player anymore.  It pumps up Pa2v2 closer to 10 hours before Flat.
Imagine how long it can last wif full battery charge? Cheap batt cost is wat i concern most of the time.

Aichiban,
perhaps u should try sentimental or country folk song wif featherly light vocals. Try audiophile albums. Tos are recommend to test ur sound system.

I spent roughly two hours to test One song on both of the amps i got here.
Alison Krauss - When you say nothing at all.

So far, i found it comfortable to test my setup than others music i tested b4.

Mini-eph is quite ok. Pa2v2 is that so good?

never tried. blush.gif blush.gif
