and now when I pre-load it says "Region Restricted"...Wtf!

I got this key...key in into the hitman sniper challenge website got another key...key in into steam got sniper challenge only so far no absolution game key yet..

Should've got from steam can preload now + get tf2 items + get the other hitman games free

During activation its says 23GB ... during pre-loading only show 13,781MB ... ... why le ?

The pre-load files are heavily compressed thus the size also even after pre-loading additional files will be required to be downloaded to be decrypted. This is Steam measure to prevent early release leaks prior to their release date.

Thats make sense, at the same time cut down the download time in half ..... thanks for the explanation !

The way they are handling my case is like that of an auto-answering machine.

Eitherways from what I see so far, Hitman : Absolution is region-locked.

the game itself is quite graphic intensive. even at low-medium settings i'm struggling to get a constant 30fps..

i getting 60 fps for the sniper challenge ooo.

my humble rig i3 530, 4GB RAM & 512MB HD5750..

i ran the sniper challenge on medium settings. couldn't get it to run at ALL at high..

tthe 5750 is quite weak.

i just manage to get 50-60 fps constant, and this is what i get:
